INTERVIEW TIPS FOR CREATIVE DESIGNER - OUTSOURCE ARCHITECTURE - CREATIVE SERVICES

C-DESIGN LEADING OUTSOURCING COMPANY IN INDIA PROVIDES OUTSOURCING CAD WORK,OUTSOURCE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES,INDIA CAD WORKS,ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES.

The term Interview is very exciting and full of nervousness as you can never predict 100% about its outcome. Personal mood of the interviewer also depend a lot in interview because whatever will be asked is totally unpredictable, combination of personality traits and professional aspect. Interview being maze of challenges but you should never leave your ambition if you have right attitude, required skills and desired qualifications
Never feel shy: Now a days’ social site like Facebook or twitter or LinkedIn provide platform for everyone to showcase their skills and connect them to their respective networks. But the key word is never to be shy or else you can never explore the hidden opportunities coming your way. Posting links to sites make your connection active with many unknown people who can be your prospective client.

Present a Win-Win proposal: We have observed that often designers wait for the specific and preferred job to be published before applying; we suggest the other way round, if applicants are confident that their experience and skill set will help an agency / studio win business or improve its service offerings or can trigger any top or bottom line breakthrough then it’s time to put forward your proposal. Agencies or studios never underestimate any value addition if it’s in line with their Business Model / Strategy.

Acquire extensive market knowledge: Creative studios work on the driving edge of innovation and ideas; it’s always advisable to be updated with latest market happenings, trends & changing customer preferences. There are number of resources available online & offline to network and be involve in business even before landing in your first job.

Be prepared: Prepare your presentation and portfolio of work undertaken along with case studies (if any) and most importantly a presentation (could be verbal) how you plan to contribute the success of studio/agency, try to quantify the contributions you propose to achieve if hired.

Be professional in your presentation: Age old adage “First Impression is the Last Impression” still holds true; the way you present yourself is very important that includes dressing – mostly smart casuals look good for creative positions; wear a confident posture and look straight in eyes of interviewer/s while presenting your candidature.

Approach systematically: One common mistake most of the candidates commit is presenting their background very unsystematically or in a much unorganised manner. It’s always good to make presentation systematically either in a chronological way or as it appears in your resume / portfolio. Place your emphasis on quality of work you have done in past over quantity of projects completed, we suggest candidates to be prepared with top three or four designs / works they have done and are strong in discussion the same as the part of selection process during interview. Also it’s not a bad practice to tailor your resume and presentation in line with job requirements if the candidate is confident enough to present and discuss the same.

GRAPHIC DESIGN TIPS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA - OUTSOURCE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES - CAD WORKS

C-DESIGN LEADING OUTSOURCING COMPANY IN INDIA PROVIDES OUTSOURCING CAD WORK,OUTSOURCE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES,INDIA CAD WORKS,ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES.

Use contrast
The best designs stand out. One of the simplest ways to make your design jump off the page is using contrast. Choose colors that contrast well. If you have a light colored background then use a dark font.
Choose colours range accordingly
Next step when it comes to design always advisable is to choose your color scheme. Decide whether your brand fun and fresh or established and trustworthy. Then select colors that reflect this ‘brand personality’. Start with 2-3 main colors and build from there. Use these colors consistently.

Make it simple
It can be easy to get carried away with so many great images, graphics and fonts to choose from. Simple is always best when it comes to graphic design.Reducing confusion means you’re more likely to get your message across the viewers. Make sure you have a reason to use every design element and keep the number of fonts, colors, shapes and frames to a minimum.
Select font palette
Does your company have a standard brand font? Choosing a consistent font palette is eccentric way to ensure consistency and to build understanding with your customers.Try choosing a heading font, subtitle font and body text font. Pick a bold font that stands out for your heading, and simpler subtitle and body fonts.

BASIC MISTAKES AVOIDED IN MAKING OF 3D MODELS - ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES - OUTSOURCING CAD WORKS

C-DESIGN LEADING OUTSOURCING COMPANY IN INDIA PROVIDES OUTSOURCING CAD WORK,OUTSOURCE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES,INDIA CAD WORKS,ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES.

Overlooking Wall Thickness
Problems linked to wall thickness are by far the most common reasons why some 3D models are not printable. In some cases, wall thickness is too thin. Walls that are too thin make small parts on the model unable to be printed or very brittle and could break off easily. In other cases, walls that are too dense to generate too much internal stress and could cause the item to crack or even break.

Keeping the right space between your moving parts
With some materials its possible to print interlinking, interlocking, moving parts and shell patterns. Once again this is not possible with every 3D printing technology. Also to reduce the risk of distortion and to save money, it makes sense to hollow out your 3D model and add leak holes to your 3D print. Free 3D modeling software Mesh mixer makes this quite easy.

Overlooking materials guidelines
Following to the design rules of the material is essential for a successful print. Ideally one should read the design guides before one starts to work for model. One can find the design guides for all of the materials on internet.

Overlooking file resolution
Low-resolution STL file: It’s important to be aware that a poor-quality export will never allow us to provide with a good print. Low-resolution means that the triangles in your STL file are large and the surface of print will not be smooth. It will lead to a somewhat “pixelated” print.
Very high-resolution STL file: A file with a resolution that is too high will make file too big and sometimes awkward for us to handle. It might also contain an extreme level of detail that the 3D printers simply cannot print.

3D RENDERING TECHNIQUES - OUTSOURCING CAD WORK - OUTSOURCE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

C-DESIGN LEADING OUTSOURCING COMPANY IN INDIA PROVIDES OUTSOURCING CAD WORK,OUTSOURCE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES,INDIA CAD WORKS,ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES.

3D Rendering techniques has changed dynamics of media, entertainment, gaming, architecture, engineering and interior designing industries across the world. We all know that classic adage “ a picture can speak thousand words”, designers today represents a new school of thought by adding “what if that picture was something not yet made and was in 3D instead of 2D” the fractional number of words represented by our classic adage would grow up radically in this new school of thought. The description precisely pronounces exponential growth in popularity of 3d rendering techniques amongst architects, engineers, animators & designers today. When it comes to marketing and selling real estate properties, marketers must have effective tools to promote and showcase the properties to prospective customers. For its unique benefits and features, 3D rendering techniques serves as the best marketing tool for real estate marketers. This technique offers number of advantages not only to the marketer (seller) but also to the prospective customer.

One of the key advantages of using 3D rendering technique is the level of realistic details the real estate architects, interior designers and sellers can present while discussing any real estate project with their prospective client; it’s the most effective tool to express real estate design ideas today. Secondly it gives a competitive edge to the real estate seller over the competitors who are still stuck with traditional 2D Images and sketches to promote their project.  Yet another great advantage of using 3d rendering as a marketing tool is that one can present actual designs and ideas even before the single foundation brick is been laid i.e.

even if the project is under construction or not started yet, in such a case potential buyers, interior designers and architect can create and build plans and designs even before the construction begins. This feature of 3d rendering also assist in saving cost since costly changes do not have to be made at the construction stage.  Much accurate detailing and features of the building designs could be captured and presented by 3d rendering process over 2d images. This feature renders the most valuable advantage to both sellers in promoting their real estate project and to the buyer to have an idea on what the project will look like when finished.

Considering the number of elements and details involved in a single design, one of the key advantages offered by 3D rendering tools is that the designer can go back to drawing board (system) and make that one change as per the client’s requirement without disturbing or re-designing the entire model. Designers find it convenient to design the model as per the client’s ideas and incorporation of customised effects such as lighting, view, colours like paint or flooring, furniture, even people & vehicles etc. 3D rendering techniques today allows designers not only to modify the designs but most importantly it gives the onlooker a sense of space. As the human mind is adopted to place itself in 3D surroundings so it is much easier for prospective customers to place themselves in 3D designed space.

3D CAD AND ITS BASIC CHARACTERISTICS - OUTSOURCE CAD WORKS - OUTSOURCE ARCHITECTURE

C-DESIGN LEADING OUTSOURCING COMPANY IN INDIA PROVIDES OUTSOURCING CAD WORK,OUTSOURCE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES,INDIA CAD WORKS,ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES.

Computer-aided design, or more commonly referred to as CAD, is used to generate virtual 2D or 3D models. 2D CAD designs are generally for technical engineering/architecture, while 3D models are typically either used for digital applications such as animation or for manufacturing/prototyping processes like 3D printing.

Each of the above 3D CAD programs utilizes a different method for modeling.
Solid Modelling
Solid modeling is the most advanced method of geometric modeling in three dimensions. Solid modeling is the representation of the solid parts of the object on your computer. The typical geometric model is made up of wire frames that show the object in the form of wires. This wire frame structure can be two dimensional, two and half dimensional or three dimensional. Providing surface representation to the wire three dimensional views of geometric models makes the object appear solid on the computer screen and this is what is called as solid modeling.
  • Advantages of Solid Modeling
Solid modeling is one of the most important applications of the CAD software and it has been becoming increasingly popular of late. The solid modeling CAD software helps the designer to see the designed object as if it were the real manufactured product. It can be seen from various directions and in various views. This helps the designer to be sure that the object looks exactly as they wanted it to be. It also gives additional vision to the designer as to what more changes can be done in the object.
Parametric Modelling: a type of solid modelling that uses 2D sketches to create features and objects that are modifiable with a feature history tree. Features are located and manipulated using geometric and functional relationships with other sketches, features and objects.
Direct Modelling: like parametric modelling, direct modeling uses sketches to create 3D features based on relationships with existing geometry. And the original sketch is absorbed into the feature and future edits are made on the resulting geometry.

Surface Modelling
Another type of modelling that relies on surfaces to generate geometry. Surface modelling can be both parametric (based on geometric and functional relationships) or free form. Free form surface modelling is used to manipulate the surface of the model similar to how someone would model with clay.A Surface modeling is a model with minimised ambiguous representation than the wire frame modeling but not as good as solid modeling. The construction of surface modeling is done with the use of geometric entities like surfaces and curves. Surface Modeling uses B – Splines and Beizer mathematical techniques for controlling curves.

Areas of Surface Modeling:

The important areas of surface modeling are:
  • Automobiles body panels,
  • Vehicles in marine,
  • Consumers products,
  • Structural members of aircrafts, and more.

Different Types of Surface Modeling:

In a CAD system, there are two different varieties of surfaces namely:
  • Curved Surfaces,
  • Flat Plane Surfaces, and
  • Fillet Surfaces.

Code-driven modelling
This is a growing area of modelling where geometry is generated autonomously based on conditions set in place by the designer. This type of modelling is excellent for 3D printing as it can be used to generate 3D structures that can’t be manufactured through any other means.
